1. Introduction
"BF-ESSE", Ltd.  (hereinafter - the Manager), on the website www.bfesse.lv  (hereinafter - the Website) processes personal data obtained from the data subject - the user of the Website (hereinafter - the User).

The Controller takes care of the User's privacy and protection of personal data, respects the User's right to the lawfulness of personal data processing in accordance with applicable law - Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data free movement (Regulation) and other applicable privacy and data processing legislation.

  In view of the above, the Controller has developed this privacy policy for the purpose of providing the User with the information required by the Regulation.

The Privacy Policy applies to the processing of data, regardless of the form and / or environment in which the User provides personal data (on the Website, in paper format, in person, or by telephone).

3. The purposes of the processing of personal data as well as the legal basis for the processing
If a User submits his or her personal data to the Manager by telephone, using the Website's contact forms, e-mail or other mail, we store and use this information to fulfill or enter into an appropriate service agreement, including for customer identification; preparation and conclusion of the contract; for the provision of services (fulfillment of contractual obligations); customer service; examination and processing of objections; to increase customer loyalty; administration of payments and settlements; debt recovery and recovery; to prove the facts, maintain the website and improve its operation; business planning and analytics; planning and accounting. The data shall be disclosed to those employees of the Controller who need them for the performance of their direct duties in order to perform or conclude a contract for the provision of the relevant services.

In obtaining and using personal data, we partially use the services of external service providers who strictly follow our instructions in accordance with the contract and which we control before using the service and continue to do so.

8. Duration of data storage
We process and store the User's personal data while one of the parties has a legal obligation to store the data.

Once these circumstances have ceased, and unless otherwise stated in the data protection guidelines, we will delete the personal data no later than three months after the original reason for retention no longer applies, unless we have a legal obligation to retain the data.
